Reliability of modeled protein has emerged out as one of the biggest concern in protein structure prediction (PSPA). D2N is a distance evaluating metric which composed of four physicochemical parameters for predicting RMSD of a modeled protein structure without using its native form. Concurrently D2N also calculate TM and GDT score to access the quality of a structure.
