Workshop

From time to time our facility conduct workshops for students. Objective of the workshops is to

• Give students an overview about the bioinformatics field.
• Students are given information about the science behind genome analysis, protein structure prediction and drug design.
• Students are given a demonstration and hands on session on the various bioinformatics software and tools.

Training

SCFBio offers short term and long term training programme in the area of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. Students from Life Sciences, Computer Science and Mathematics backgroud, who are at Masters Level, can apply for the training programme. The training programme duration can be from two months to six months.
