Intercalate

Intercalate is a web server, dedicated for DNA intercalation process, which predicts the structure and energetics of DNA-intercalator complexes. It also incorporates an algorithm for creating the DNA structure having the intercalation site from the given nucleotide sequence and intercalation site information. Followed by, it performs Monte Carlo docking and scoring for the prediction of ligand binding modes and binding free energy estimations. The flow-chart adopted by Intercalate methodology is described below.
