Step 2: Add explict hydrogens.
Structure→Add →Add Explict Hydrogens
Step 3: Convert the structure from 2D to 3D.
structure → Clean 3D → Clean in 3D
Step 4: Save as .pdb format on your Desktop.
Step 5: Upload the pdb file in Lipinski Drug Filters. |
